Operating to the highest welfare standards, the pigs are born outdoors, free to roam in a temperate climate on sandy soil before being brought in to spacious airy barns filled with local straw, allowing them to exhibit their natural behaviour.
Brydock Farms meets the highest welfare standards – enabling the farm to produce healthy, happy and disease free animals that need little or no antibiotics. This means we’re now able to supply our bacon and gammon using only pigs that are raised without the use of antibiotics from birth.
