We rub every pork loin with our special sea salt cure, and then allow it to slowly mature before gently smoking over beechwood.

We keep the salt to a minimum, allowing the natural flavours to come through. The result is wonderfully succulent and full flavoured bacon with a subtle smoky finish.

Streaky bacon is made from pork belly and our streaky has the perfect ratio of meat to fat, resulting in a rasher that crisps up beautifully when cooked.

We believe it makes the best bacon sandwich ever.
