Dry Cured Back Bacon

We rub every pork loin with our special sea salt cure, and then allow it to slowly mature before gently smoking over beechwood. We keep the salt to a minimum, allowing the natural flavours to come through.

The result is wonderfully succulent and full flavoured bacon with a subtle smoky finish.

British Outdoor Bred Pork Loin (97%), Sea Salt, Sodium Nitrite (Preservative), Ascorbic Acid (Antioxidant).

Streaky bacon is made from pork belly and our streaky has the perfect ratio of meat to fat, resulting in a rasher that crisps up beautifully when cooked. We believe it makes the best bacon sandwich ever.
